Whitebox are well-established Property Development Company based in Waterford and Limerick. We specialise in Residential, Medical, Student Accommodation and Commercial Developments.
Whitebox has an in-house multidisciplinary team consisting of Finance, Legal, Design, Project Management and Quantity Surveying. We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Team. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.
The Role:
As a Project Co-ordinator at Whitebox, you will report to and work directly with the Senior Project Co-ordinator on all design aspects of development projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Location
Waterford or Limerick – Office Based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction stages of new development projects.
- Work with the Senior Management team of Whitebox to define the clients/end users needs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop the scope
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with architectural plans and quality standards.
- Oversee project timelines and resources effectively to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
Experience
- Third level Qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Similar qualification.
- You will need at least 5 years post graduate experience.
- Sector experience in the Living Sector.
- Previous Project Management experience.
Skills:
- Team worker with ability to effectively work with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong Problem Solver with ability to provide innovative and practical design solutions.
- Excellent drawing and design skills with an In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Project management Skills – ability to manage programme, identify critical path activities and track progress.
- Attention to detail with a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills
