Phase 1 of our Abbey Meadows development is now underway.
The scheme will provide a new architectural face to the development and provide an urban edge to the existing Abbey Road.
The site adjoins the Ross Abbey Neighbourhood centre, where a planned future road will connect this site with the Aldi Roundabout on the New Ross road making the Abbey Park area even more accessible and connected.
The site is also approximate to and will be connected to the planned Waterford – New Ross Greenway that bounds the site, the greenway will provide a walk and cycle route into the North Quays and Waterford City Center providing a seamless and car free route to work, school or shopping.
The greenway will also provide an excellent source of social and recreational activity and will provide strong biodiversity and ecological artery through the site for all users. We are very excited about the bigger plans for the wider area and the creation of this new urban village.
In conjunction with the local authorities and stakeholders, Abbey Meadows is being carefully planned to enhance the work, live, learn and play ethos of future family living.
