Three new nursing homes have been delivered by Whitebox Property in Waterford, Kilkenny, and Tramore in 2023 for the sum of €43.5 million.
We are delighted to be able to provide new state-of-the-art and modern nursing homes to the South East region, including this 92-bed nursing home located in Tramore, Co. Waterford.
This care home is a nearly zero-energy building (NZEBs) and includes energy-efficient systems including heat pumps and high-efficiency LED lighting.
The care home will be operated by Mowlam Healthcare, an established private player with a solid track record and over 20 years of experience in the Irish elderly care sector
Currently, Mowlam Healthcare manages nearly 1,800 beds in 28 residential care facilities in Ireland providing high-quality residential care, dementia care, and step-down care to the elderly.
Tramore Nursing Home
The Tramore Nursing Home is located on the old golf club grounds, comprises 92 ensuite bedrooms and is now officially open.
