Planning Permission approved for 115 new homes at Autumnfields, Ballygrennan, Limerick
We are delighted to announce that planning permission has been approved for the development of new homes, apartments and a nursing home at Autumnfields, Ballygrennan, Limerick.
This latest development, in partnership with Cluid, will create much-needed residential facilities alongside a brand-new day hospital, aiming to support and provide for the local community and region.
The development comprises 115 units, including 73 three and four-bedroom houses and 42 two-bedroom apartments designed for elderly residents across a four-storey apartment block.
The apartment block will have many additional amenities and features:
- Communal green roof terrace
- Ground-floor day centre
- Retail units – café, pharmacy, and drive-through dispensary.
Planning permission has also been granted for approximately 5000 square meters, accommodating a 90-bed nursing home facility, supporting the needs of elderly individuals living in the area.
This new development will also be located alongside CROAL Medical Campus, phase 1 of this project which will provide high-quality healthcare to all members of the community.
