Arden Crescent, Tullamore
This unique Tullamore community will cover an area of 23 acres when it is completed. The initial development will contain a range of housing and apartments supported with much-needed community services.
This initial phase of 7 acres will tie into the overall master plan of 23 Acres. The first phase will provide a 90-bed nursing home and a retirement village consisting of 16 bungalows, specially designed for the elderly. These will be supported by the nursing home with healthcare services for the residents.
The Arden Crescent scheme will be completed by 60 units that will include 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for the elderly or persons with increased mobility needs. These 2 – 3 bed family homes are in bungalows and 2 story configurations.
The Arden Crescent community will have a standalone coffee shop, an outdoor play area, and an outdoor space suitable for large community gatherings. The family housing area will contain a centrally located family park that is easily accessible to all families. The homes will have a contemporary design and finish with warm brick facades and landscaped areas built into the community. The development is designed to seamlessly integrate the housing and apartments with the surrounding landscape.
